On July 7, 2019, the Thalassemia Foundation of Canada will be hosting its 7th Annual 5km Run/Walk for Thalassemia fundraiser at Centennial Park in Etobicoke. This event will be an opportunity for the thalassemia community to raise community awareness, support and funds towards research on treatments – and ultimately, a cure – for the disease.

This event will be a fun opportunity for you, your family and friends to spend time together, be active and support a great cause. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Thalassemia Foundation of Canada, a non-profit organization which provides support to thalassemia patients and their families, and helps fund research on treatments – and ultimately, a cure – for the disease.
